We were in the process of selling our home there when we met them and even then they helped us with all the steps along the way. When we finally got here to the woodlands they were incredible! They went above and beyond what I ever imagined. If you are looking for help finding the perfect area for you and your family this is the dream team you want! They toured us all through the woodlands and also brought us to some other areas so we could see be able to see what was the perfect fit for us. We found a perfect house the second week we were in Texas and they even managed to get it for us under asking! Brynn and Eric are absolutely the best realtors to work with. I met them while I was already talking with another realtor and it didn't take me long to realize I needed Brynn and Eric in my corner. I wasn't asked to do the leg work finding homes for the comps they provided--they did it themselves. (I've been asked in the past to provide addresses of homes that previously sold in my area.) It didn't tire them or bore them to go look at multiple homes in multiple locations over several months. We even discussed the potential future resale issues and comparisons for different homes. They go above and beyond the call of duty when listing a home--they made a wonderful video of the home I was selling almost making me want to move back into it. I've had realtors before that made lots of mistakes with the paperwork--not true with Brynn and Eric. Though I double checked everything, they made no mistakes. They negotiated a better deal for me even when I was ready to agree to the counter offer. They are available to answer any questions and are eager to assist even when unusual circumstances arise. They are professional but are very personable. They are knowledgeable and honest. They are the kind of people you want to keep in your life as good friends. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house. I definitely plan to use them again in the future.

As first time homebuyers it can be so difficult finding the house that suits your needs. Brynn did such an awesome job helping us along the way. She explained everything to us in detail and made sure we were happy and confident with the offer we were giving. Really helpful and patient in our house search in a completely new area for us. They had a lot of local knowledge so could steer us away from things/areas that were unsuitable. It turns out that buying your first home is probably the most stressful task that one can take on. Eric and Brynn were able to spare me any early hair loss that I may have incurred by making my experience smooth and seamless. With this team you get a young, energetic, and fun dynamic duo. Eric has contracting experience and Brynn has a experience in interior decorating, so they were able to help us find our perfect home and provide insight as to tasteful upgrades that we could make in each property to help us build equity without going overboard. They work long hours and late nights, and they have the most important trait that one can have - an open line of communication. We were never left in the dark and we’re always kept up to date. This team has years of experience and they are tough negotiators. They were able to get us everything we asked for with sellers credits, etc. These lovely people are highly motivated and they always went the extra mile for us (we saw like 7 houses in 1 day, we are 24 years old and they were running circles around us).
